Eight former members of Criterion Lodge No. 6220, which handed in its Warrant on 6th November 2018, joined Airedale at their February meeting on Wednesday 12th February 2019
Geoff Lawson, the “Father” of Criterion Lodge (oldest long serving member) said “We are delighted all of us have joined Airedale Lodge which has a goodly number of Master Masons and will thus ensure a number of ceremonies in the future rather than just demonstrations.
It will also enable us all to maintain our relationships while making new friends but we must be careful not to fall into the trap of becoming ‘cliquey’ as we all know has had happened elsewhere in other Lodges.”
